Arriving from Australia in 1997, Dore-Smith joins BLUE after over 25 years of expertise managing exclusive bundled golf course communities in SW Florida. Since 2021, Dore-Smith served as General Manager of Copperleaf Golf Club after 18 years as their Director of Golf Course and Grounds Maintenance.

Tim Felts, Principal

Tim brings two decades of leadership in Naples landscaping, co-founding top firms and emphasizing quality over size. With a turfgrass degree and hands-on expertise, he launched BLUE Landscape & Outdoor Solutions to deliver personalized service, long-term property care, and dependable client relationships.

Frank Kitchener Jr., Principal

With over 30 years of experience, Frank specializes in horticulture, pest control, and landscape maintenance. Holding multiple certifications, he’s known for detailed diagnostics, strong client service, and overseeing elite Naples properties with integrity and expertise.

Lawrence Perillo, Principal

Lawrence holds a degree in Plant Science and brings nearly three decades of leadership in Naples landscaping. A Certified Arborist and expert in operations and installation, he focuses on quality, team growth, and honest client relationships through every phase of service.

John McFadden, Principal

Originally from Ireland, John’s career spans golf estates and large-scale landscaping across Ireland, Nevada, and Florida. Now leading hardscape and synthetic turf projects at BLUE Outdoor Solutions, John brings deep experience and refined execution to every outdoor environment.

Andy Estrada, Landscape Manager

Andy started in landscaping in 1995 through his family’s Miami nursery. Now in Southwest Florida, he’s overseen major roadways and upscale commercial sites with exceptional communication and coordination, ensuring timely, high-quality project completion.

A Naples native, Brandon leads irrigation and lighting across BLUE’s residential and commercial properties. Formerly with the City of Bonita Springs, he brings hands-on experience, including oversight of premier communities like Talis Park.

Erik Knudsen (ELK), Maintenance Manager

Erik holds an associate degree in Landscape Operations and is a Certified Arborist and CPCO. With 30+ years in landscape management—including Bonita Bay and top Florida retirement communities—he brings seasoned oversight to BLUE’s maintenance operations.
